Say it with me now. SNOOD. Thats right… SNOOD. S-N-O-O-D. Yes, it may sound like a character out of “How The Grinch Stole Christmas!” but its actually one of the seasons hottest trend revivals. The snood has been around for a little while. It pops up first around the year 725 and is used throughout the Middle Ages. The snood came back into popular fashion in the 1860′s.
So what is a snood you ask? Basically, if a scarf and a hood got together and boned you’d have a snood. A big upside is you don’t have a bunch of extra fabric dancing around your outfit. And one of these puppies will keep you nice and toasty. Plus, the snood is unisex. ANYONE CAN WEAR ONE!
